A local consignment store owner is facing felony embezzlement charges. The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office filed 10 felony charges against the former owner of Timeless Treasure, Andrea Bowengardner. She allegedly sold consigned antiques, art, and furniture without paying 58 consignors. Bowengardner is scheduled to be arraigned on February 23rd.
