Indoor mask requirements may have dropped in most areas of California, except schools, public transit, and health care facilities. Students are still required to wear a mask to attend class had some students protesting earlier this week. It has also prompted a couple of petitions on Change dot org calling for a repeal of the school masking mandates. According to KSBY, San Luis Obispo County Office of Education officials say they anticipate a change in a few weeks.
