Nine people are behind bars on human trafficking-related charges. According to the D.A.’s Office, they were arrested during a statewide operation called Operation Reclaim and Rebuild that originated in L.A. County… The operation ran between February 6th through the 12th and collected 413 people suspected of being involved in human trafficking. Three of the San Luis Obispo County suspects are accused of contacting a 13-year-old child with intent to commit a sexual offense.
