The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into last week’s officer-involved shooting. It began with multiple calls about a reckless driver in the area of Vandenberg Village on Wednesday afternoon. The driver failed to comply with the deputy’s orders and took what they perceived as a shooting stance. The suspect, 24-year-old Angel Delgadillo was hit once in the shoulder. No weapon was found at the scene. Anyone who may have witnessed any part of the incident is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
