The victim of last week’s mobile home fire has been identified. Officials say 70-year-old Melvin Nobriga died in the fire on February 23rd. He was renting the home near the intersection of Hetrick Avenue and Summit Station Road between Arroyo Grande and Nipomo. The home and another outbuilding were destroyed in the fire. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
