The CHP says two men were arrested following a pursuit through San Luis Obispo County. It started when an off-duty CHP officer witnessed a possible auto theft of a U-Haul in Los Osos. The officer reported the suspected theft and followed the suspects, one was driving the truck. The other was on a motorcycle. The driver of the U-Haul pulled over when he noticed he was being followed. The motorcycle rider led officers on a chase into Atascadero where he was taken into custody. During the arrests of the two suspects, evidence of other criminal activity was discovered before they were booked into jail.
