The City of Santa Maria is growing. So is concern about housing within the city limits. City officials are looking for public input about what type of housing is needed to better guide future developments. They are updating the housing element of the city’s general plan. Residents are being asked to take a 14 question online survey to better fill the housing needs of the community.
