The CHP says a traffic stop in San Luis Obispo led to a search for a wanted felon. At around 2:40 yesterday afternoon an officer stopped a man riding his bicycle northbound on the 101 near the Madonna Road offramp. During the stop, it was discovered the man had a no-bail warrant for his arrest. The suspect fled and was able to evade officers in a nearby creek bed. The suspect is still on the loose.
