A Santa Maria man has been charged with murder in the death of a woman in Santa Barbara. 46-year-old Gabriel Jose Zepeda was arrested Monday following the early-morning death of a 50-year-old woman near Sterns Warf. he’s currently being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on April 18th.
