Santa Barbara County Sheriff Bill Brown has announced he will be running for re-election in the upcoming election. He was elected Sheriff in 2006 and is currently in his fourth term. Only one other candidate has filed papers to run against Brown. 23 year veteran of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, Lt. Juan Camarena. The election will be held on June 7th.
