Lompoc Police say a bystander was in the right place at the right time, saving a woman from being carjacked. It happened last week in broad daylight. The suspect was able to get keys from the victim but was having trouble starting the car. That’s when Daniel Guerrero jumped into action and pulled the man from the car and hold him until cops arrived. According to KEYT, officers were glad Guerrero did what he did but they don’t recommend it for everyone.
