Pismo Beach Police arrested a man after he threatened to shoot another person in the face over the weekend. Police say he had been involved in a crash on Sunday near Spyglass Park and made the initial threat. He fled before officers arrived, but was involved in another crash that disabled his vehicle. According to Pismo P.D.’s social media, officers discovered a loaded rifle, with two 30-round magazines and one in the chamber. He was later identified as a felon out on bail and is now facing several charges.
