Commuters in Lompoc can expect delays this morning and tomorrow in the area surrounding the Strauss Wind Project renewable energy site near Lompoc and Vandenberg Space Force Base. Project officials say they will be taking delivery of a completed turbine tower today between 9 a.m. and four this afternoon. A full set of blades will also be making its way to the site tomorrow.
