San Luis Obispo County Health officials say COVID-19 cases are still on the rise. The 14-day average has risen to 38 new cases a day. But hospitalization numbers have remained low. Officials say two people were reportedly receiving treatment in the intensive care unit of local hospitals. no new COVID-19 related deaths have been reported in the past two weeks.
