The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office says a man was arrested over the weekend after allegedly making terrorist threats against a hospital. Twins Cities hospital was placed on lockdown after 33-year-old Bryce Blue threatened to come to the hospital and “Shoot the place up” when he couldn’t get a refill of medication. Deputies secured the hospital, and the suspect arrived and was taken into custody without incident.
