The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office says a traffic stop turned into a drug bust. Officials say Deputies made contact with 40-year-old Edgar Monge in a parking lot of a shopping center on Niblick Road last month. A search of his car turned up a large amount of fentanyl and other narcotics including heroin and counterfeit oxycodone. He was arrested and posted bail on his parole violation and released on his new narcotic charges.
