San Luis Obispo Police arrested a suspected arsonist on Monday. According to the department’s Twitter page, Bradley Parrish was taken into custody after officers noticed smoke near the Elks Lodge. San Luis Obispo firefighters put the flames out before they reached a nearby mobile home park. Parrish, who is on parole and probation for arson convictions, was booked into County Jail. According to KSBY bail was set at more than a million dollars.
