A San Luis Obispo man was arrested after shooting at an apartment complex late Tuesday night. Police say 29-year-old Tyler Gilberg was involved in a confrontation with a person in the parking lot of the Vintage at SLO Apartments. Investigators say Gilberg retrieved a handgun from his apartment and shot at the victim. A bullet hole was found in the apartment building, and luckily not the victim. Officers arrived a short time later. Gilberg was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an inhabited dwelling. The investigation is ongoing.
