The Arroyo Grande woman currently serving time for embezzling millions from her former employer has been ordered to pay restitution. 57-year-old Ginger Mankins pleaded guilty in September to six counts of embezzlement. She was ordered to repay more than 1.3 million dollars of stolen funds from Machado Livestock. She and her husband have already repaid close to Three million dollars stolen from the company. Mankins is scheduled for another restitution hearing in October for a case involving another company she worked for.
