COVID-19 numbers seem to have hit a peak of sorts. The San Luis Obispo County Health department has announced the number of new and active cases has declined over the past week. A new two-week average is currently 73 cases. Officials warn that the new numbers do not include positive at-home test results. Two more deaths of people over the age of 85 were also reported.
