Investigators find Cause Of Camino Fire

A hot catalytic converter is being blamed for the Camino Fire burning east of Arroyo Grande. That’s the word from Cal Fire investigators. The wildfire broke out Tuesday afternoon. So far, the flames have burned about 375 acres and were reported to be about 45 percent contained. 15 engines, three water tenders, five helicopters, eight hand crews, four dozers, and four air tankers have been assigned to the blaze. Officials say they’ll continue working to improve and establish fire boundaries. Full containment is expected by July 3rd.
