A 2018 murder case could soon be in the hands of a San Luis Obispo jury. 40-year-old Robert Koehler is charged with murder in the 2018 death of Kristen Marti. Her body was found just off Perfumo Canyon Road in March 2018, a couple of months after being reported missing. Koehler has never denied knowing the victim but pleaded not guilty to the murder charge. Prosecutors gave their closing statements yesterday. The defense will begin closing arguments this morning.
