For the first time in years, the Santa Maria Fairpark was abuzz with fairgoers looking for some summertime fun. The Santa Barbara County Fair kicked off yesterday afternoon with everything fans had been missing. The fair will run today through Sunday. Admission to the fair is 15 dollars for adults and 12 dollars for seniors and kids under 11. Next Wednesday, the California Mid State Fair kicks off a week and a half of fair festivities.
