The Kristin Smart murder trial has been put on hold for a few days. The judge announced yesterday that a juror was not able to attend the trial due to an “unexpected emergency”. Paul Flores is charged with murder. His father Ruben is accused of being an accessory. Kristin Smart’s body has never been found. Trial is expected to resume Monday.
