Jurors in the Kristin Smart Murder trial heard from witnesses who attend the same off-campus party as Smart before she went missing. Trevor Boelter testified that he had three interactions with Smart. Once when she kissed him and led him to a bathroom. The second was when she seemed uncomfortable with another man that was not Paul Flores. And finally, in the backyard of the home, where she kissed him again before Boelter pushed her away. Another witness testified that he noticed Smart lying in the front yard and told her to go inside. The final witness told the court how she and Smart’s roommate tried to contact the police when Kristin had not returned Saturday morning. Adding that a report was taken Monday. Testimony continues later today.
