A Pismo Beach man has been sentenced to prison for abusing three young children. 44-year-old Todd Hortillosa was convicted of lewd acts with a child under the age of 14. According to a press release from the SLO County D.A.’s Office, he was sentenced to 120 years to life, plus three tears and eight months in prison.
