The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Lompoc man over the weekend and took three, so called, Ghost Guns off the streets. An investigation started on August 14th, when 20-year-old Raymond Gaitan Jr. was asked to leave a party in Isla Vista. investigators say he brandished a handgun and assaulted the host. Deputies caught up with him early Saturday morning during a traffic stop. He was in possession of an unserialized firearm. Two 15-year-old boys were with him and also in possession of alleged Ghost guns.
