The Kristin Smart murder resumed yesterday. Jurors heard from a woman who attended Cal Poly at the time of Kristin Smart’s disappearance, but dropped out of college, eventually moving to Redondo Beach. She testified that she had been raped by Paul Flores in 2008. She never reported the incident until last year, after she saw his arrest photo and recognized him as the person who she says drugged and then assaulted her. Testimony is scheduled to resume this morning.
