A Nipomo man accused of vehicular manslaughter in the death of a 19-year-old bicyclist was in court yesterday. Dylan Lammers is charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, driving while unlicensed, and leaving the scene of an accident. He entered a plea of not guilty yesterday. The CHP says Lammers was southbound on Los Berros Road when he hit the back of the cyclist and left the scene. 19-year-old Joshua McFarland died from his injuries. Lammers is due back in court In October.
