The Kristin Smart murder trial was delayed again on Friday. The Judge says it was due to an evidence issue that “could not be resolved.” She said the issue needed to be resolved before the trial could resume. The evidence issue that caused the delay is unclear. Testimony is scheduled for later this morning.
