If you use Highway 1 in Nipomo you may run across some delays this morning. Caltrans will begin a widening project at the intersection of Highway 1 and Winterhaven Way starting at 9 o’clock and ending at 4 p.m.. Commuters should prepare for one-way traffic controls in the area during construction, which is scheduled to end on September 30th.
