San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man in Templeton after he pepper-sprayed a group of demonstrators on an overpass. Officials say it happened at around 9 a.m… A group of “pro-democracy” demonstrators was pepper-sprayed by 46-year-old Miguel Olivares during a heated argument. Six people were treated by medics at the scene. According to KSBY, Oliveras’ bail was set at 50,000 dollars.
