The Kristin Smart murder trial is coming to an end. Defense attorneys for Paul and Ruben Flores wrapped up their presentations of their sides of the case yesterday. Paul has been on trial for the murder of Cal Poly freshman Kristin Smart in 1996. His father Ruben Flores was charged with being an accessory in hiding Kristin’s body, which has never been found. All parties involved will return tomorrow. Closing arguments could take place Friday or Monday.
