The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office and the San Luis Obispo Police Department are investigating the discovery of a body found in a field. Police received a call at around 9:30 yesterday morning regarding a possible deceased person at the edge of a homeless encampment near Los Osos Valley Road. Attempts to revive the man were unsuccessful. Foul play is not suspected. The Coroner’s Office will investigate the cause of death.
