A San Luis Obispo man is behind bars, suspected of child endangerment and evading police. Paso Robles Police notified the CHP about a stolen vehicle from Santa Maria yesterday afternoon. Atascadero Police spotted the vehicle southbound on Highway 101. They pursued 27-year-old Javier Perez-Andrade at speeds over 100 miles an hour. The chase eventually ended near the California Men’s Colony. Two teens that were in the car were turned over to responsible parties. Perez-Andrade’s bail was set at 100,000 dollars.
