A former Cal State University chancellor is transferring to Cal Poly, and not everyone is happy about it. According to KSBY, the former CSU chancellor, Joseph Castro has been accused of mishandling sexual misconduct claims while he was president at Fresno State. Castro will become a Cal Poly employee on February 18 and will start teaching as a tenured professor in the spring quarter.
