Both juries in the Kristin Smart Murder trial are deliberating the fates of Paul and Ruben Flores. Paul Flores’ jury was handed their case on Tuesday. The jury for Ruben Flores received their case yesterday following closing arguments. Paul Flores is facing 25-years-to life if found guilty of killing Kristin Smart in 1996. His father Ruben is accused of being an accessory after the fact.
