CHP investigators have identified the man involved in last week’s fatal car crash near Paso Robles. 32-year-old Justin Vetch of San Luis Obispo was northbound on Highway 101, north of Highway 46 west when he left the road, overcorrected, end rolled his Nissan Pathfinder down an embankment. He was ejected from the vehicle. Drugs or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the accident.
