The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office has identified a Santa Ynez homicide victim and a suspect. Investigators believe 72-year-old Terry Wilson was killed by 26-year-old Rylen Svane-Morris from Lancaster early Saturday morning. He’s also a suspect in the theft of a nearby 2014 Chrysler minivan. Authorities are still searching for Svane-Morris. Anyone with helpful information about this case is asked to contact the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office.
