Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s investigators have caught up with a homicide suspect. Santa Cruz County Sheriff deputies received a tip and arrested Rylen Svane-Morris yesterday for an outstanding warrant. He’s suspected of killing 72-year-old Terry Wilson in Santa Ynez over the weekend. Authorities are still investigating a motive and cause of death.
