One of the Juries in the Kristin Smart Murder Trial did not deliberate on Friday. The Jury deciding Paul Flores’ fate was not in court. According to the Tribune, the court could not confirm if the Jury had come to a decision or was simply taking a break. Verdicts will not be read until both Paul and Ruben Flores’ juries come to a unanimous decision. Then they’ll be read back to back. Paul Flores is accused of killing Kristin Smart following a party in 1996. His father Ruben is accused of helping hide her body. Kristin has never been found.
