Homeless and at-risk veterans received some much needed help and guidance at the 10th annual Veterans Stand Down in Santa Barbara County. The event took place at the Santa Maria Fairpark. It was limited to 500 veterans and their families. The Stand Down services included contacts that could help homeless vets get off the streets. It also included crisis counseling and help seeking employment.
