The SLO Food Bank will be holding several of pop-up events next month to help residents and college students apply for Cal Fresh benefits. Six events in the first two weeks of November will be held across San Luis Obispo County. Organizers say people should bring an official form of identification, proof of income and social security or legal resident identification. The first pop-up event will be held on November 2nd at the SLO public library starting at noon.
