Former Cal Poly Student Scott Peterson has been moved off death row. 20 years ago, a jury found him guilty of murdering his pregnant wife Laci and their unborn son and dumping them into San Francisco Bay on Christmas Eve 2002. The California State Supreme Court overturned the death penalty. A state judge is now considering if he deserves a new trial due to a possible tainted jury.
