Proposition 1, the constitutional right to reproductive freedom, passed with 68% of votes. Proposition 26, which would have allowed in-person roulette, dice games, and sports betting on tribal lands, did not pass. Proposition 27, which would have allowed online and mobile sports wagering outside tribal lands, also failed to pass. Proposition 28, funding for K-12 arts and music education, has passed with 75% of votes. Proposition 29 failed. Proposition 30, funding for programs to reduce air pollution and prevent wildfires, was rejected by California voters. Proposition 31, a ban on flavored tobacco products, passed with 76% of votes.
