Paul Flores’ defense team is requesting his sentencing be delayed. His attorney has filed a motion to continue the sentencing hearing to a later, unspecified date. The motion will be heard on December 2nd. Flores was convicted last month for the 1996 murder of Kristin Smart. He’s facing 25-years-to-life in prison. Kristin’s body was never found.
