The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman. Detectives say 22-year-old Ysabel Moriarty Puig was last seen in Arroyo Grande. She was first reported missing on Monday. She’s described as 5-7, about 110 pounds, with brown eyes and hair. She was driving a light blue Honda Odyssey with a license plate of 6KPB414. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office.
