Gas prices on the Central Coast have been on the decline over the past several weeks. Some gas stations have been selling a gallon of regular for less than five dollars. Others are still over the five-dollar-a-gallon mark. Keeping the average price of regular in San Luis Obispo County at around 5.30 a gallon according to Triple-A. Santa Barbara County is averaging 4.95 a gallon.
