Paul Flores’ sentencing date has been delayed. He was found guilty of first-degree murder in October. He was scheduled to be sentenced this week, but in an effort to prepare a new trial, his defense attorney filed a motion to delay the sentencing. Last week, the judge in the case moved to sentencing date to March 10th. Flores is facing 25 years to life in prison for the death of Kristin Smart in 1996.
