No election crimes to see here. That’s the word from the San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s office. The D.A.’s Public Integrity Unit received a referral from a federal law enforcement agency regarding an unexplained increase of more than 300 provisional ballots. According to the County Clerk Recorders Office the ballots were a simple spreadsheet calculation error. Officials have until tomorrow to certify November’s election.
